FAQ

Most domestic orders ship we try to ship within 48 hours, some may ship within 24 hours. Some orders can possibly take 72 hours before shipping unless Next Day option is chosen, those WILL the ship same day pending payment clearing. The reason is to protect you (the buyer) against someone using your card without your knowledge, and also us (the seller) to avoid being chargebacks for a fraudulent purchase.

Orders placed by 2pm on a weekday we try our best to ship the next day if.  Orders placed with credit cards ship in 2 business.  This is to avoid fraudulent orders. Orders made on Saturday/Sunday will be shipped Tuesday unless the order can be shipped on Monday. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. Also please BE AWARE that all shipping outlets are experiencing delays. 

Processing/Creating times may vary. All products are made to order. Most orders are created and processed the same day. Shipping time is different from Processing time. For example an order placed on a Tuesday at 9am will most likely be made and ready to ship the same day. Shipping occurs once payment is cleared (based on payment option used)

Exchange sizing only. Please email for size exchange. All exchange products must be returned unworn and in the same condition as received. Return shipping paid by customer. Free shipping to the customer  for the exchanged product.
